Proline Medical Splat Washing Process Cleaning Indicator - Very High Challenge Level

The Chemdye CDWA4 Splat Washing Indicator is designed for routine monitoring of cleaning processes and evaluating the performance of automatic and ultrasonic washing equipment.

Featuring a very high challenge level, the indicator helps detect the factors that may affect cleaning performance. The fuchsia-coloured organic test substance simulates difficult-to-remove contamination, allowing users to visually assess the effectiveness of a completed washing cycle.

The CDWA4 is suitable for monitoring automatic washing machines and ultrasonic washing machines operating at frequencies of 35 kHz or higher and temperatures between 30°C and 70°C.

Directions for Use

1. Select the appropriate Chemdye Splat CDWA indicator for the required challenge level.
2. Place the indicator into a compatible Chemdye Splat CDWAH or CDWAH-U holder.
3. Place the assembled indicator and holder on the washing tray with the instruments or materials being processed.
4. Remove the indicator once the cleaning cycle has finished.
5. Compare the indicator with the reference guide supplied in the instructions for use and record the result.

If an unfavourable result is obtained, take the appropriate corrective action and repeat the washing process.
