Will you taker payment over the phone?
No we will not accept payment for products over the phone. All payments must be completed via the safe and secure gateway integrated with our e-commerce site. This ensures maximum protection for you our customer.
Do you offer technical support for diagnostic products?
Yes. Our Product Management team can troubleshoot 95% of all technical issues over the phone. For matters not immediately resolved, we have biomedical and technical support stationed across all parts of Australia.

Can you source products not displayed on your catalogue?
Yes. You might not find a product you are looking for when browsing through our product catalogue. With over 6000 products we will be uploading additional products, every day. We may sell what you are looking for even though it is not found on our site at present. If we do not sell a product you need, contact our team and we will happily source it for you.
Do you accept returns?
For medical equipment - Yes. For all other products- No. Please carefully consider your purchase prior to payment. If you wish to return a product you may do so by contacting our customer service time within 7 days of receipt. It will then be your responsibility to have the product returned in a saleable condition to our Logistics Depot within 14 days of receipt. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.
